On November 22, 2022, Polar Institute Senior Fellow Evan Bloom was asked by the Korea Polar Research Institute (KOPRI) to give remarks virtually on the "Significance of the Agreement to Prevent Unregulated High Seas Fisheries in the Central Arctic Ocean" at a "mini-symposium" convened at KOPRI's headquarters in Incheon on the day before the first meeting of the Agreement's Conference of the Parties in Seoul.  Those remarks, presented to many of the officials who came to South Korea for the Conference of the Parties, are available here.
